Step 3: Finally, in the Security tab, turn off the firewall.

After disconnecting, remember to manually add the SMTP server name for outgoing email and the POP server name for incoming email in Outlook accounts.

Also check the default profile settings for your Outlook account. If you don’t know how to install it, delete the default profile and create a new one. The problem will be resolved if the error is caused by a corrupted profile.

    Do the following:

Step 1. Open MS Outlook andselect “Tools”.

Step 2. Then go to the “Email Accounts” section and select “View” or edit the existing accounts.

Step 3. Then click Next, then in the Add dialog> POP3> Next.

Step 4. Enter the correct information for the POP3 mail server and click Next.

Step 5. Click Finish and check your Outlook account settings.

If this solution doesn’t work, go to the next step.

    Solution 3: Run ScanPST.exe Or ScanOST.exe

You can choose this method to repair corrupted Outlook files (both OST and PST). Be aware that corrupted or corrupted Outlook files can also cause Outlook Send Error 0x800ccc0f. Use Microsoft’s built-in Inbox Repair Tool to fix this issue.

ScanOST.exe or ScanPST.exe launches the tool and efficiently repairs your Inbox. You can use this trick to fix all minor issues in PST files in no time. To recover OST or PST data files using the tool To restore the Inbox folder, do the following:

Step 1. Click the Cortana button and enter “scanpast.exe” in the search box.

Step 2. If Cortana finds it, open the file. However, if not found, open File Explorer.

Step 3. Select the “File” tab and click “Change folder and search options.” A window will open as shown below.

Step 4. Now go to the “View” tab and select “Show hidden files, drives and folders”.

Step 5: Click Apply, then OK.

Step 6. Scanpast.exe is available from the path C: Microsoft OfficeOffice Programs 16. Replace the number at the end of the path with your version of Office. For example, for the path to Office 2013, enter C: Microsoft Office ProgramsOffice 13

    .

Step 7. Then double-click “Scanpast.exe” to open the window.

Step 8: Click the “Start” button in the MS Outlook Repair Tool window to start scanning.

Step 9. If you find the file during scanning, click the “Recover” button. It will repair all corrupted Outlook files.

Solution 4: Increase The Server Timeout In Outlook

Microsoft Outlook also has a Server Timeout panel, using Which can clean up connections that are stuck if they fail for an extended period. Follow these steps to increase server timeout in MS Outlook 2010:

Step 1. Start the Microsoft software and select the File tab.

Typical reasons are that the message is too large to send, the outgoing antivirus is interfering, or its outgoing mail server has failed. Ask the sender to empty the Outbox and try sending the message again (without the attachment) and see if it leaves the Outbox.

This is a specific sender from whom I am not receiving an email.

I email two two accounts and verify that the second account receives the forwarded email (and also shows up in the header of the email it was sent to my Outlook.com email at the same time. The address was forwarded – so I’m pretty sure this letter is for forwarding right).

Regarding the rules – I used an email search to find emails from this particular sender in all folders and could not find any emails.

I have the same problem. More recently, in the last couple of days, I saw an email on the Outlook.com tab. However, when I click on a tab and view the Inbox category, I don’t see any email messages. Then when I refresh the tab that says I have emails and disappears There is no new letter to read. No spam will be sent or sent anywhere because I have not set any rules

Please help me because I know I am missing some important emails.

    Thank you

Troubleshooting Tips for SMTP Errors in MS Outlook

Recently, some of our readers reported that they encountered SMTP error in MS Outlook. The most common cause of the “Outlook cannot connect to the SMTP server” error is incorrect Outlook configuration settings. An incorrect mail server name due to a misconfigured port in Outlook can cause problems connecting to the mail server and errors when trying to send or receive email.

    ms outlook smtp error

Web hosts are often contacted by account holders who are unable to send or receive emails through Outlook. The error message you see in Outlook:

Task'[email protected] - Submission error reported (0x80042109): “Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing mail server (SMTP). If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet Service Provider (ISP). "

As a website support role for web hosting companies, we are quickly addressing this issue for users whose email accounts are hosted on clients’ servers.

When you try to send an email using Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express, it cannot be sent and it resends with error 550

    “550 5 2 1 Email from spam site rejected”

This The error means your SMTP server was unable to send the email. SMTP servers are configured for outgoing email authentication. If you want to fix this error, you will need to authenticate your email client.

    Possible Solution:

    1. Make sure you have enabled “My SMTP requires authentication” in the Outlook settings of the incoming mail server.
    2. If that doesn’t work, try disabling the firewall on the local computer you want to send emails from.
    3. If you find that your email accounts are configured correctly, try logging into your email account using the webmail interface. Link: http://mail.yourdomain.com.
    4. If you are unable to access your email account through the webmail interface, your problem warrants further investigation on the server side. It may take some time to resolve the problem. In this case, all you have to do is send a support request from your registered email address to [secure email addressE-mail].

However, if you can successfully access your mail through the webmail interface, everything is fine on the server side and all you need to do is contact your ISP to make sure it is ports 25 and 587 are blocked.

    5. Anyway, the last option available is to reinstall a fresh copy of Outlook if your problems are still not resolved.
